چکیده

Enterococcus faecalis and Uropathogenic Escherichia coli (UPEC) are the most common causal agents of urinary tract infections (UTI) infertility in humans. They secrete many cytolytic toxins that impact sperm functions spermatogenesis. The current paper aimed to investigate cytolysins among Bacteriospermia associated bacteria pyospermic patients. 110 Seminal fluid swabs were collected from patients (age Mean±SD, 35.5±2.12 years) September 2020 January 2021. All inoculated on UTI chromogenic medium for primary isolation bacteria. Then suspected Es. En. have been confirmed by PCR using uidA ddl genes, respectively. results revealed compile 42.9% bacteriospermia while 25.71%. Results reveal all E. isolates lta, hylA, sta, stb (100%) sheA (96.7%), stx2 (20%), stx1(3.3%). Hyl, cylLS, cyILL genes. study concludes both a set with possible damage function, causing indirect infertility.

enterotoxin and exfoliative toxin genes among methicillin-resistant staphylococcus aureus isolates recovered from ilam, iran

conclusions results of the present study showed that the tst and sea genes had high frequencies among the mrsa isolates. the increased prevalence of mrsa isolates containing different virulence genes, probably accompanied by antimicrobial resistance, can complicate the therapy of mrsa isolates. results all the tested isolates were susceptible to vancomycin, but resistant to penicillin (100%), e...
